Astoria Yacht Club offers two membership options. Both provide access to club activities, events, and the sailing community. The main difference is voting rights and reciprocity privileges.

Best for members ready to participate fully in the club

Associate Membership
For first-time applicants exploring the club

Available to first-time applicants only

Valid for one year

No voting privileges

No reciprocity privileges

Clubroom access only when accompanied by a Full Member

Expected to contribute approximately five volunteer hours per year

No application fee when converting to Full Membership

Not sure which to choose?
Use the “Pay Later” option if you plan to mail or drop off payment, or choose the credit card option to pay online.
What happens after you apply?
After you submit your application, it is reviewed and voted on by the Astoria Yacht Club Board of Directors at the next scheduled Board meeting, held on the second Monday of each month.
Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

A PDF copy of the updated membership roster with your information included

The clubhouse access code
