Astoria Yacht Club reciprocity information for our guests:
The Astoria Yacht Club does not own slips within the Port of Astoria West Mooring Basin. Visitors should contact the Port of Astoria Marina office before arrival to ascertain if an open slip is available. Marina Office: 503-325-8279, or On Duty Cell: 503-791-7730.
Full reciprocal club moorage information is available in the AYC Reciprocal Guest book located at the West Basin Marina office.
General ground rules for guests are:
Two slips available on first come first serve basis.
Visiting vessels are allowed one night's complimentary mooring in any two-week period.
Guests must pay when registering and get a receipt to forward to us for reimbursement.
Please abide by all mooring basin rules and regulations.

Plan your course so as to arrive around the west end of the breakwater; a green buoy about 100' out off the end, and a red buoy on the breakwater’s end will help you; there is also a pair of range marks on the shore to guide you in. Turn to starboard around the rock breakwater, you will pass fish houses and a frozen food facility to port, with a large “ICE” sign atop them. Continue around to port, past the Gate 1 Fuel Dock. Continue back toward shore. As you near the shore, you will see the BYC dock parallel to the shore and directly in front of the BYC Clubhouse building (Club rooms are on the lower floor, with the restaurant above). Take any available slip not marked “reserved”. Visits limited to three nights stay. First night is free. Additional nights at $0.50/ foot.

Rafting not permitted in reciprocal slips. Moorage facilities include, power (additional fee), fresh water, restrooms and the Brownsville Deli/Store. Laundry, propane, garbage and recycling are onsite. Diesel and gas available at the end of "A" dock. Pump-out located on the breakwater as you make turn into marina at the head of breakwater to the left.
Moorage available on a first come first serve basis, not to exceed 48 hours. Guests limited to two days per calendar month and four moorage days per calendar year. Limit of 2 boat guest moorage at the Port of Brownsville Marina per day.

Flounder Bay Yacht Club is located on the west side of Fidalgo Island, north of
Deception Pass and three miles west of downtown Anacortes. F.B.Y.C. is located in the Skyline Marina. Lat and Long: 48°29.40'N 122°40.60'W Procedures: Tie up to the courtesy dock and check the sign out list for available slips. You must fill out the guest register and pay upon arrival. A payment box is located in the laundry room. You must display a burgee at all times and be prepared to show your yacht club ID card. Slips range in size from 30' to 44'. Occasionally there are 50' slips available. No overhangs over the dock are allowed, and no more than 4' of overhang past the pilings. Moorage is limited to 5 days per calendar year. The first night is free, electricity is $3.00 for the first night. The moorage fee of $10 per day for days 2 thru day 5 includes power.

Oak Harbor Yacht Club is located in Oak Harbor, on the eastern side of Whidbey Island.
The club reciprocal moorage is at the south end of "F" dock. Enter the marina via the
south gate. The first four 40' slips immediately to port (#48, 49, 50, 51) are provided for
reciprocal as posted. Lat and Long: 48°17.03'N 122°38.16'W CAUTION: The approach to Oak Harbor is well marked, but stay in the channel. Northwest of the #2 red buoy are several "expensive" rocks. These are often covered or awash. Some of the markers are not illuminated and the background city lights may confuse the first time visitor at night. Limit length of stay to 2 days/month. These slips are not available 3rd week in July during race week! Reservations are not available. Check in with the harbormaster to obtain a gate key.
There is no charge, but "check in" is requested to justify continued funding. Be prepared to show your membership card and please fly your club burgee.

Located in the SE quadrant of Anderson Island. Outer Oro Bay lies to the west of a line between Cole Pt and Lyle Pt., and the entrance to the inner bay is between the privately maintained red and green buoys. Please pay attention to these buoys when entering and exiting the inner bay as the water depth can be quite shallow, although it should be sufficient to accommodate full keel boats even at low tide. Rafting encouraged where possible, 48 hours complimentary moorage. Electricity (30 amp) $5.00/day. Privileges to two vessels at one time and visits shall not exceed one stay in any 30 day period.

Located just above Columbia River Mile 312 on the south shore. Large grain elevators
of Port Kelly just prior to club entrance. You may stay up to 2 weeks for no more than 2 such visits per year. As you enter the club, which is in a U shape, there is one long dock pen on the east side for tie up. There is a locked gate over the gang plank to the road. Tie to the gas dock, walk up to the care taker’s trailer and he will have a key you can use during your stay. Facilities include a clubhouse with kitchen, bathrooms, shower and ice machine.

Moorage is located in the guest moorage of the Port Orchard Marina. Visitors need to
show Marina staff a current membership card and display their burgee at all time.
Usage is limited to no more than 24 consecutive hours and not more than three boats
from the same yacht club on the same night or six boats total in the same night. We
also limit the total expenditure to $15 per boat per visit based upon the marina’s
transient moorage rate. This will cover approximately a 35' boat. Marina staff will collect any payment from visiting boat owner for excess length, subsequent moorage beyond first night, electricity, and surcharge for reservations, if applicable, etc.
